February is American Heart Month, and as we wrap it up, we are sharing some of our favorite spots to break a sweat and keep our hearts healthy. Whether you are into high-energy group workouts, outdoor adventures, or squeezing in movement when life gets hectic, we’ve got something for everyone.
Cara - SoulFire Collective
If you love a good sweat, SoulFire is the place to be. The heated studio and incredible instructors make every class feel like a reset for both body and mind. I leave feeling completely re-energized and like a million bucks.
Megan - Burn Boot Camp
Burn Bootcamp offers an unbeatable atmosphere and a price that makes it easy to commit. The trainers are hands-on and invested in your progress, offering personalized sessions to help you reach your goals.
Cada - VIDA Fitness
VIDA stands out for its variety of classes and inclusive atmosphere. Plus, the locations are super convenient, making it easy to fit a workout into a busy schedule.
Caitlin - Peloton
I just signed up for Peloton last month, and I love the flexibility and variety of classes. Whether it’s cycling, strength training, or yoga, there is always something that fits my mood and schedule.
Jen - SoulCycle
Few things boost my energy like a SoulCycle class. The music, the instructors, and the overall vibe make it such a fun and motivating experience. It’s more than just a workout, it's a mood booster.
TJ - Local Trails & Rock Creek Park
There’s nothing better than getting outside, and Rock Creek Park is one of my favorite places to ride my bike. DC has incredible trails, and taking advantage of them is a great way to stay active while enjoying the fresh air.
Jenn - Peloton & Cardio Tennis
With a busy son, life is hectic right now, but I know one day I'll be a regular at Barre3 again. For now, I love the flexibility of hopping on my Peloton whenever I have a free moment. Lately, I’ve also been into cardio tennis – it’s a great workout and helps me improve my tennis game at the same time.
Whether you love the energy of a group workout, the calm of a solo ride, or the challenge of a high-intensity session, there are plenty of ways to stay active and keep your heart healthy. What’s your favorite way to get moving? Let’s meet up for a class soon!
