As first-time buyers and expected parents, my wife and I had a lot of uncertainty about diving into the housing market. Cannot recommend Cara and her team enough!  We’ve used Cara since 2015 and she never disappoints.  My husband and I just purchased a home in DC and ran into multiple bumps during the process.  There’s no way we would have closed the deal if it weren’t for Cara’s extra time, effort and industry knowledge.  It’s no exaggeration when I say she worked double duty to get us to the finish line.  She coordinated and had her team oversee work of contractors hired to make the necessary repairs and fought to make sure we were able to close in under 30 days.  Before making an offer on our home, her associate, TJ, met us at multiple properties, multiple times and never, ever lost patience.  Their goal was to make sure we ended up in a home that we loved and they guided us through the process in a way that limited our stress as much as possible.  Once we made the offer, the Director of Ops, Cada, was in touch regularly to make sure we had everything we needed to get to close and to answer any questions/provide updates. If you want to work with an agent who is extremely knowledgeable, will fight for you and keep it real during stressful and often emotional times, you won’t find a team more suited for the job than Cara’s!

Years ago, Cara and I met to discuss the option of purchasing a condo for myself. After many helpful conversations and a quick search, I realized the timing wasn’t quite right.

Fast forward to today, when my fiancé and I decided to start looking for our first home I immediately knew I wanted to work with Cara. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainty about the process. Cara answered every question and taught us so much throughout this process. She would point out certain things in different properties that we would’ve never thought of. Having her expertise and help during this process was invaluable. She was always available for advice, questions and always made us feel like a priority and never a bother.
