This allowed us to quietly generate interest and maintain control over the timing without opening the floodgates to 40-plus showings or the pressure of a full-scale public launch. While listed in private exclusive status the home sold for a record breaking price of $1,875,000, nearly $200,000 more than the next highest sale in the neighborhood.

The home went under contract in early February with an extended settlement four months out and one month of post-settlement occupancy rent-free. This gave our client ample time to transition into their new home without the pressure of a rushed move or the stress of back-to-back transactions.
